Paul Dennis - Director of FCA Outdoors

Paul came on staff as the FCA Outdoors Director in August of 2013. He also serves as the multi-area director for Southwest Georgia. He is married to Sandra, and they have three biological children and have served as foster parents. Paul graduated with a Bachelors of Science from UGA where he lettered on the rifle team. He has also received a Masters of Divinity from Luther Rice Seminary, and a PhD in Theology from The Southern Bible Institute. He has pastored for over 30 years and continues to speak at revivals, sportsmen events, and conferences. When he is not preaching, Paul enjoys hunting, fishing, and coaching shotgun and archery.

 Jay Thomason - Mississippi Delta

Before joining FCA staff in November of 2016, I served as Sr. Pastor in two churches. One in Mississippi and the other in Southwest, GA. While in Georgia, I was invited to serve on the local FCA board and found a rekindled love for FCA and had a front row seat as to how powerfully God was using the ministry of FCA. Soon God opened the door and called my family to move back to Mississippi to serve as the Area Director for the Mississippi Delta. Besides developing the area relationally and financially, I enjoy serving on the football coaching staff at Delta State University as the Life Skills Coach.

My Wife, Erin, and I live in Hernando, MS, with our three school aged boys, Caleb, David and Daniel. As a family we are involved in hunting and fishing. Our three sons participate and compete with our local 4-H shooting sports team in DeSoto County, MS. My 14 year old won 2nd in the 19 county district last year for 25 meter archery with his compound bow and 5th in shotgun shooting for his age division.

I would love to encourage and help anyone I could in our area who might be interest in participating in this area of ministry.

Skipper Hair - North Florida

I was born again July 1st of 2008 and Baptized in the Suwannee River where I grew up and currently live.  I had the honor of coaching at the winning-est High School program in Florida for 28 years (Columbia High).  During this career I was blessed to see many of these athletes play in college and the NFL. I would like to invite you and your leaders to take an adventure on the Suwannee River with me. When Jesus needed a time of refreshing and wanted to get closer to His father He retreated into the wilderness.  My desire is to share my life and career with you and your leaders. God has entrusted me with a ministry like no other. We want to take you on a trip that will give you an intimacy with God like you have never experienced and an advantage over the competition. This trip will give you an opportunity to bond, plan and get a head start on your competitors this season.  Amazing crystal-clear springs, wildlife around every curve and a spiritual encounter with Jesus that will never be forgotten. Come to the wilderness and seek God with us!  Your walk with God and upcoming season will never be the same!

 Bill Hoag - Minnesota

My name is Bill Hoag. My wife, Darcy and I have four children and one grandchild. We live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In my years of involvement with FCA as a board chairman, parent and staff, I have seen first-hand the impact FCA ministry has on the communities they serve. I’m very excited to introduce the FCA Outdoors ministry. FCA Outdoors is focused on reaching kids and adults through hunting, fishing, archery, hiking, camping. We believe people are getting more and more “disconnected” with God's wonderful creation. Before I personally knew Jesus, I had an encounter with God on the deer stand at 16 years old. I believe that was the start to my journey of faith in Christ.
