Dear Friends of FCA Outdoors,

As part of our on-going commitment to our Let’s Go Outdoors Program for Youth and their families, I want to encourage you to support and become involved in an upcoming event designed to reach out to our Wounded Warriors and KIA family members in the Atlanta Georgia Area. On September 10th of this year, an amazing 10 years after the World Trade Center and Terrorist attacks in our homeland, we are inviting up to 100 identified families to join us in a sun-up to sun-down day of fishing, fellowship and recognition of service. This Fishing for Freedom Day is just a small way for us to share our thankfulness for those who have given so much.

For many, this may be a day to have their children experience a day on the lake for the first time. For others this may be their first day to enjoy an outdoors activity since their unfortunate injury in the line of duty. Regardless of their situation, we want them to know that God loves them and there is a group of people who care for them and their families.

If you are in s position to help monetarily through a donation or if you can identify potential wounded warrior families to attend this event it would be greatly appreciated. Carlis Baker, friend and Toys for Tots coordinator for the West Georgia area ,came to me with a vision to see to impact the lives of many and I too feel compelled to honor and serve those who have served our Country. Please visit our website at www.fcaoutdoors for further details on how you can become involved. If you have any questions please feel free to call Carlis Baker at 678-699-1854 or email him at carwashdoctor@gmail.com or me at teason@fca.org. Mail donations to FCA Outdoors -95 Smokerise Drive-Carrollton, Georgia 30116. All donations are tax deductible. God Bless You!
