Tim Eason - Director of FCA Outdoors

I am very excited that you are visiting our website and have interest in FCA Outdoors. As part of the FCA Ministry since 2007, I have been blessed, encouraged and challenged. As a sports ministry since 1954, FCA is the largest of its kind. But more than size, it is the commitment toward serving Christ and proclaiming the Salvation message that has kindled my excitement. As a high school Coach and Teacher for over 12 years, I saw first hand the need for Christ in the homes of America. I also heard from students as they described their home life. Very few ever included outdoor experiences with their families.

As a Christian, I am devoted to Christ believing that if we can once again provide leaders in the home and their families opportunities to enjoy the Outdoors together, teaching them Christian principles and the need for a relationship with Christ, we can have a profound impact on society. Over 60 million already participate frequently in Outdoors Events and the previous 56 years of FCA ministry has proven that Coaches and Athletes are an important part of the leadership in a local community. Now identifing those influencers who also have a passion for the outdoors, FCA Outdoors possesses a unique blessing and access to campus populations allowing us to be the only Outdoors Ministry that has direct access to students from within schools.

It is my goal as Director to help FCA Outdoors Minister to and through Coaches/Instructors and Highly Skilled Outdoorsmen in the community who have a passion for hunting, fishing, archery, shooting sports and serving Christ. As leaders, their influence, ability and access to youth and the community are keys to have a dynamic impact.

I am honored to serve and believe that this ministry has been destined for this time. I along with the FCA Outdoors Leadership know that God is moving and we give Him the glory for all that has been accomplished thus far. With your help and God's continued favor great things can be done.

I look forward to seeing and hearing from you,

Tim Eason
